Meet Our Speaker
Lisa Paolantonio, LCPC, CEAP
Lisa Paolantonio, LCPC, CEAP is a psychotherapist and dynamic speaker with over 15 years of experience. She has a bachelor’s degree in International Business and a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois, and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional.
She practices primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy perspective. In addition to her work as a psychotherapist, Lisa consults with organizational leadership and HR professionals regarding mental health issues that impact the workplace.
She also serves as a lead trainer for developing and presenting workshops and webinars to leadership, employees, and behavioral health professionals on topics such as work/life harmony, mindfulness, generational differences in the workplace, emotional intelligence, information overload, assertiveness training, and other wellness topics.
She is known for her relatable style and use of humor while discussing emotionally charged topics. She is a pragmatic Midwesterner and a firm believer in teaching concrete tools and sharing additional resources for continued learning.
